Here is the script! Yes, with all simple words, I literally typed what I had in mind and mouth.

This is a story about a girl who was just graduated and dying to look for a good job. She was looking for a company that suits her curiosity, dedication, and also gives the chance to grow. So, it was November 2017, on one-day test of The Company, she luckily passed the paper test, leaderless group discussion, and panel interview on Supply Chain Function. All she brought was only a piece of knowledge and abundance of confidence stocks. 

Long story short, she got the chance to meet director and manager of Supply Chain of this company. Since we have both respective men here, I would like to split one of her secret to you both. She finally understood the ideas of Supply Chain for the first time on those interview days. That occasion also made her even more excited to be working on that field. And she is now currently in this room, standing in front of you.

Yes, I just told you my personal story. I am Sella Lametta, a fresh graduate of Bioprocess Engineering of Universitas Indonesia and now happily part of Supply Chain of this company.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the previous story is just one out of 41 stories might be existing behind the smiles of Graduate Trainee Program participants. But to me, I am the luckiest, because I am handpicked by them to speak to all respectable guesses right here, right now. The case of being here is considered as another challenge to be honest since I value honesty so much so I am trying to just share the real feeling, the real hope and the real gratitude without making it overboard.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have learned a lot during this month including route riding, our favorite parts. From some trips with Sales Team, we knew that success do not happen without a great deal of effort on the part of everyone, and we would like to compliment all parts of this company, especially sales team.

I want to quote what Mr. (X) has said in his overview presentation last week. To be successful is to have the right tools, take the ownership, and power the possibilities. I believe that we GTPs were and will be provided with the right tools. So, what we have to do is utilizing that tools to power the possibilities despite the obstacles in front of us. Power the possibility to increase our share in NARTD, power the possibilities to snatch all the potential market in all categories, power the possibilities to give refreshment and chance for everyone in Indonesia for the next 100 years. Sure, that the road is long, and it won’t be easy, but I do believe that as long as we keep challenging everything and digging deeper in our mind “what can we improve”, “what can be made simpler” then a path will be visible. 

All respected ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank you Mr. (X), all directors, managers and all management team of The Company. We are fortunate to have you donate your time on occasions like this. I salute all of you for your tenacity of purpose and outstanding leadership qualities from all mentors and coaches, directors, managers, Human Resources Business Process Team, Bapak/Ibu and all teams. We are so honored all teams and sincerely thank you for your understanding and thoughtfulness over the programs. 

To (X), from you we have learned the value of tolerance, patience and trust in business. We appreciate you so much and value every stories and lessons we have got from you. 

To (X), it is difficult to say how much we value you and your encouragement. Your dedication, leadership and long-hours of work are worthy of emulation. 

At the end, I would like to congratulate all fellow participants on your completion of the small parts of this training program. Let us grow together with this company, keep doing our best and power any the possibilities. I hope everyone who commute to other corner of this country have a safe arrival in your new home.

I would like to close this moment with a quote from Denzel Washington that say. Thank you for this day, whatever it brings, whether a challenge I need to grow, a line up to teach me patience, an unexpected blessing, every moment of joy, whatever TODAY brings: THANK YOU.
