Things to Learn from My Fine Life in South Korea

Super random thought. I just arrived from working (yeay, w o r k i n g , finally! kkk), grab my laptop without I even planned, and type these.

That’s all I have for the intro paragraph!

 


1. Drink as much as possible, make sure you have water stock in your reach 

2. Walk more in anytime possible, less than 1 km, make it as weekly routine

 3. Sleep beautifully – make sure to clean yourself/face, body, mouth and feet before sleeping, have skincare routine (face, body and feet too!) 

4. Eat healthy food – more vegetables, yogurt, milk, almond nuts, fruits, bread-

5. Fresh air (and sunlight) to start a day
